Waka Flocka Flame expressed his views following a post on X dated July 31, in which he stated, "Trump still my president."
According to Breitbart News, the rapper's statement coincided with the mainstream media's recent efforts to label Trump as a racist after his participation in an event organized by the National Association of Black Journalists.
Trump still my president I don’t have to stand with a red hat or dance or stage for money in my pockets… didn’t push me this direction… this is my choice like I choose not to eat pork but do that make me hate pork lovers or disrespect their character…nor will I act like…

The rapper known as Waka Flocka Flame articulated his stance on personal choice and independence in a recent social media post, asserting that he does not need to conform to societal expectations, such as wearing a red hat or performing for monetary gain. He emphasized that his decisions are self-directed and not influenced by external pressures, stating that he has made conscious choices in his life, including dietary preferences, which do not equate to animosity towards those who may differ in their choices. His remarks reflect a broader theme of individual autonomy and the importance of personal beliefs in shaping one's identity.
This declaration is not an isolated incident, as Waka Flocka Flame has previously voiced his support for former President Donald Trump. During a concert in Salt Lake City, Utah, he made headlines by urging attendees who supported President Joe Biden to leave the venue, declaring a celebratory atmosphere in favor of Trump. His reference to "T24" was interpreted as a nod to Trump's anticipated campaign for the presidency in 2024. Furthermore, in October 2023, he publicly endorsed Trump's candidacy by sharing a photograph of himself with the former president, reinforcing his political alignment and commitment to supporting Trump's return to the White House.
